GFOA of NJ is hosting its first ever in-person and remote conference.  It takes place from September 22nd through the 25th at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City.  The event offers 16 seminar workshops approved for continuing education credits and opportunities to sponsor, exhibit and network with businesses and colleagues.

Due to COVID-19 and to prevent its spread, GFOA of NJ has designed social distancing protocols and restrictions to protect our conference attendees.  In-person conference registrations are limited to the first 150 people.  Exhibitor opportunities are limited to the first 25 businesses to register.  All conference attendees must wear face coverings, which will be made available by GFOA of NJ along with hand sanitizer and disposable gloves.  Seminar workshops will be conducted in person while audience members will sit six feet apart during the presentation.  The workshops will also be live streamed for those attending remotely.  Exhibit display booths will be separated at least 6 feet with arrows and signage to control the flow of traffic.  The booths will be in the general vendor area only and separated from the breakfast and luncheon seating area.  Here is a full list of social distancing protocols and restrictions.

If the Golden Nugget or the State of New Jersey prohibits GFOA of NJ from hosting an in-person conference for public health reasons, then GFOA of NJ will provide a full refund upon request.
